Baja Muscle up...

Here is a public calendar showing  bookings at the condo...a way you can see availability and book. The peak season is October to May, the summer has big waves and it is HOT! I love the heat so I go in the summer for the surf and the NO-Chills factor! Here is the availability calendar:

Workout: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 burpees for time.

Why not just write this workout as

"55 burpees for time" ?

Eva, You are such an inspiration to me. You are a living super hero! Thanks for all the great info on your blog. I was thinking I could not do one more pull up and then I found the pics of you doing pull ups while holding weights with your legs! I found I could do that one more pull up and I am so inspired. Thank you
