Eva T. is a 2X Olympian in Alpine Skiing ( Albertville and Lillehammer ) and a 12 year veteran of the U.S. Ski Team. She has won 6 National Championships, Won a world Championship Bronze Medal, and is a World Technical Skiing Champion. She is now sharing her ski skills on the hill, as well as teaching people how to move off the hill through Crossfit. Also, she works as a Ski Racing Commentator. Her passion is surfing. Her profession is athletics, and she loves both teaching and performing them.

When doing the squats how much does the barbells weigh? I have never tried weighted barbell squats and have no idea how much weight is right for me.
