Eva,
Sorry for your loss. It is never easy to lose a loved one.
A mutual friend, Carolyn Beckedorff, won her age division yesterday in the world slalom championships in Austria. Thought you would like to know.
Best,
Neal
Sorry to hear, Eva. :(
Condolences, Eva.
A question on an unrelated matter: On the Xfit site, you and a companion are pictured doing OH squats with surfboards. Your posture seems to be more upright than your friends'. Is that because you are more flexible? In the hamstrings? Ankles?
thanx for any help you can offer.
Condolences, Eva. Blessings.
Very sorry for your loss.
Sorry to hear about your loss. Understand he is in a better place.
Maybe running with my Greyhound that passed on last month.
Sorry to hear, Eva. It always hurts real bad to lose someone in your family that you really relate to.

Thanks everyone for your caring.
for "old bones" yes I am more upright because of flexibility, but also because I turn out my feet and sit between my legs. Jama is vary square with her feet forward and her legs block her body.
thanx eva. very helpful. by the way, nice pic of jama on your xfit affiliate site! and thanx for posting that vid of those asian lifters. they are amazing. if they squatted any deeper, they'd dent the ground.
Sorry for your loss.
Hope your trip went well.
Condolences, Eva.
