A new kind of workout...

The outrigger paddlers that I train got a workout at the docks... it was cool to see them in their element...and they are adapting every workout...they are looking strong!!! We did a crossfit style workout paired with paddling and so they got some skill training along with some GPP (gerneral physical preparedness). Great work guys!!!
Workout: 100 air squats, 50 push ups, and a 1 mile run.
