Mike Burgener's CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certification, Longwood Florida.
Workout: 10 push ups, 10 squats, run 200 meters. 5 Rounds.

Hi Eva!!

My name is Angela, and I'm in OK. I just wanted to thank you for posting workouts I can do with no equipment. I just had a baby and am now a sahm and getting to a crossfit gym is going to be hard. This will really help as I start crossfit again!

Hi Eva

My name is Zvi and I've been doing crossfit for the past 4 months. I have a background in martial arts, but I've never encountered such an intense and overall fitness program.
My wife also got interested and she's waiting to start after she will give birth to our 2nd child.
I especially like the fact that you post WOD that are based only on BW and don't need special equipment.
My question to you is how do you come up with them, do you follow a certain template?
The wod by them selves are great, because I can do them early in the morning with out banging my weights around and waking up the all house.
