My Baby Dyllie!

Interview with Dylan ( Annie Sakamoto's Baby):
Eva: How many blocks are you on?
Dylan: Only 20 for now, but I am thinking of upping it as soon as I stop breast feeding.
Eva: What are your favorite foods?
Dylan: I really crave fish, like salmon and sashimi, fruits and veggies like kale, yams, and spinach. I also like berries.
Eva: It sounds like you are eating paleo/zone?
Dylan: I am not sure, I eat what I crave, and those are the things I really like!
Eva: What about pasta and junk?
Dylan: I will down a few cheerios once in a while...but I'd take salmon over those any day!
Eva: Any suggestions for the workout of the day?
Dylan: Breathing Ladder!
Eva:OK!
Workout: Do one air squat and take one breath, ( you can breath all you want while you do the squat or squats) do 2 and take 2 breaths etc...up to 10, and then come back down to one.
