

Thanks to everyone for making March 30th a special day for me..here is the Howard Cohen Weightlifting Arena in Savannah, GA, inside and out...plus me and my coach Brendan Gilliam who helped keep me sane and lifting (sorta) big! Thanks B! Also thanks to the Crossfit community for all your positive thoughts, support and for giving me the "ready state" of elite fitness to do this.....it has been positively overwhelming!
