This Woman Deadlifted 223lbs last night!
And it wasn't me. The sweet lady that brings me dinner all the time did it, Susan K., along with PR's from "the Jen" , Jenny, and Helen. Great job, you are an inspiration! Don't wanna leave this paradise!!!! Sergio assesses San Pedrito, BCS.Workout: 5 push ups with a 30 second plebs plank(a hold at the top of the push up, arms extended and body tight like a plank!) at the end of each 5 reps, 10 rounds. Then 3x 100m dash @ 80%.
